Friday March 15th Jean-Marc Montanier will give a guest lecture as part of the Gemini Centre Lecture Series. Jean-Marc completed his PhD recently and has now started a post.doc in the AI group under the ERCIM scheme.
The talk will be held from 11.15 to 12 in 454, IT-Vest. However please arrive early so that everyone has time to help themselves to coffee and cake before the lecture begins. More information about the talk below.
Title : Environment-driven Distributed Evolutionary Adaptation for Collective Robotic Systems.
Abstract : Jean-Marc Montanier will present part of the work he has done in the field of Evolutionary Robotics. His work is focused on the possibility to ensure the integrity of a robotic swarm in open environments (unknown and possibly changing). The last part of the presentation will show the research track envisioned for his post-doc at NTNU.
